New colorful safari itinerary addition available in both hemispheres.

The Lily Pond on the equator, in the foothills of Mount Kenya is a thrilling new Arts Centre, offering inspiring african art, gifts and healthy lunches - which makes an unbeatable special break on a Kenyan safari schedule.

This new arts centre is situated just off the primary Nanyuki "Nairobi road route into Samburu National Park, Ol Pejeta Conservancy (Sweetwaters), Meru State Park and Mount Kenya Safari Club and thus makes a perfect stopover on the Kenyan safari trail.

Safari guests can also enjoy a good lunch on a deck, overlooking a large lily pond.

The restaurant chefs prepare lunches, taking fresh herbs them directly from their own herb garden and onto your lunch plate.

Leave room for a desert as the Lily Pond locally grown strawberries, served with thick cream are to die for. All washed down naturally with a Kenyan Tusker or Malt.
